Some customers are experiencing problems with our payment processing. The issue started around 7:45 am and it is caused by a degraded Fiserv Authorization service on the THD side. The THD Payment Ops is working with Network to fail traffic back to Zayo for Fiserv. We're so sorry about that. Please standby for further updates, and we'll be in touch as soon as we know more.
