We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.

The health checks were timing out and failing to be loaded back to the load balancer.

  1. Why was all 6 offline?
  2. Nag will speak with AWS to see what the issue is.

We are seeing 502 errors with Blinds.com and M&I. We are looking into the server to see the issue.
