We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.

Resolution

This was bug that was identified that wasn't fixed when we went live. This was a problem with holding off deploying for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

There was a workaround in place so it wasn't a high priority bug in the backlog and it was missed.

Investigating

Summary:

For payments of $0 (promos, remakes,...) the system is requiring a credit card and preventing checkout. This has been affecting the CEC since yesterday.

Detail:

The combine billing and shipping has logic to require a credit card for $0 purchases. We are currently working on a bug fix for this.

Work Around

The CEC has been notified to place the order Offline.

We will have the update out today and will alert everyone when it is complete.
