We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
After the AWS error we noticed there was a TLS issue with servers calling Eleanor. Akamai support reverted the Ciphers used for the TLS certificates in akamai back to the OLD ONES.
AWS says their issues have been resolved, but GCC is having trouble with server to server calls failing which is affecting most of our sites.
We are working together to determine and fix the issue.
About 2pm AWS started experience issues. This is causing intermittent issues throughout all GCC properties.
We are monitoring our systems and AWS services.
