We've now resolved the incident.

The API for the micro-ui was failing and returning nothing. That was tried to be deserialized and was causing the failure.

Pre-sale is adding a check before the deserialization. We are working with pre-sale team, Akamai, and the DB team to determine why the micro-ui component wasn't passed.

Summary:

Blinds.com was unable to load for 30 minutes for internal and external customers.

Detail:

A system call started failing and then returned to normal. We are investingating why the call started failing and how to handle the failure better in the future.
