We are experiencing the issue again. We are still on the call working with THD. We hope to have it fixed soon.
Orange pay has been fixed and few orders have gone through. We will be monitoring for a bit more then close this incident.
Countertops and Flooring are also being impacted by this outage.
THD is trying to recover. They are running into some issues. They're thinking 15 minutes from now.
THD is on an incident call and working to fix the issue quickly.
We have turned on Offline payments and removed Orange Pay from all sites.
Payments are not going through Orange Pay.
Teams are aware and are triaging the issue. This has been happening for the last 15 minutes.
