We need to have a discussion and track down the owner of Cardi Bot. It ran again and set the STH eligible flag for our OMSID 301019351 to ‘F’.

Cardi Bot affected dates • June 11th • June 24th

We created a ticket by submitting an email to dcmaintenance@homedepot.com and copied • VIVEKANANDAN_DAKSHINAMOORTHY@homedepot.comJacintha_mary@homedepot.com

Worked with Jacintha directly via Teams to resolve.

Thirunavukkarasu Balasubramaniam was able to escalate thirunavukkarasu_balasubramaniam@homedepot.com • They had to submit the change and then do a cache clear.

We are going to have a meeting setup on 6/25 to address the owner of Cardi Bot and the OMSID 301019351.
