providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" was removed from a connection string. We had to add this string back for the provider to work.

Summary:

At 3:17 pm customer's couldn't log into Blinds.com and the other pure play sites. The team determined there was an issue at 4:44 pm. We are fixing an issue and it should be up soon.

Impact

  • Incident Started: 3:17 pm
  • Affecting Customers: Customers trying to login.
  • Affecting CEC: The CEC might get calls for log on issues.

Detail:

Connection string to database was failing for login. Fixing the connection string and redeploying.
