We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We have confirmed the issue with our 3rd party taxing solution (Avalara). They are actively working to resolve the issue. It is still impacting a small subset of our orders and this has been relayed to our accounting department for awareness.
As soon as we have a solution in place from Avalara, we will have another notice sent out.
We have enabled our backup TAX software and are seeing taxes being applied now.
we are still investigating the issue, but this workaround is in place for now.
