8:18am code was deployed for PLCC 10:26am CEC reported in #cec-techissues unable to use AFOP in admin.blinds.com 11:28am CEC reached out directly to BigMike to alert of issue with AFOP in admin.blinds.com 11:28am DEV worked with CEC to understand issue 11:50am DEV discovered issue was with Ronaele only and not Eleanore 12:39pm prod notice sent 1:07pm DEV identified issue 1:09pm prod notice updated 1:10pm DEV reverted code 1:17pm prod notice cleared

We are currently investigating an issue with the Autobahn/Admin/Ronaele OmniPay, where upon taking the credit card information it spins and never proceeds to update the order.

Impact

• Incident Started: 10:30am
• Affecting Customers: Yes - during offline orders or order changes
• Affecting CEC: Yes - during offline order checkout or order changes
• Ongoing Impact:
  • CEC is unable to checkout with OmbiPay on the Autobahn/Admin/Ronaele section of the site. This would impact offline orders trying to take credit card over the phone.
