We are pleased to inform you that the issue has been resolved and all systems are now operating normally.
The issue was a result of a bad deployment earlier in the day related to the backend secret key changes. We have rolled back the deployment and PPE pages are working correctly now.
Summary: PPE pages are failing to load. We are currently investigating and will provide an update as soon as possible.
