All Blinds.com servers are up and running.
We have mitigated the impact of the AWS outage by moving M&I servers to a different region (us-east1b & us-east1c). While AWS is still experiencing regional issues, Blinds.com is no longer being affected.
The M&I scheduling page is not loading. This is preventing the Customers and CEC from setting up schedules for new M&I customers.
