Service was restored by failing over to the secondary connection, and systems are currently operating normally.
We are closing out the active communication stream for this incident. The primary connection remains under investigation as we complete root cause analysis prior to reverting the change.

Our Infrastructure team was informed of VPN connection drops beginning around 9:35 PM CST. By approximately 9:50 PM, new connections were successful but continued to drop intermittently. Traffic was failed over from the primary connection and all subsequent testing has been successful. The team will continue to monitor stability and investigate the root cause.
