Retroactive Notice: Samples Internet Outage
The ISP completed their work around the Samples Department at approximately 3:40 PM CST. The service is fully restored and operational throughout the area.
At approximately 7:15 AM, Samples experienced an internet outage during ISP maintenance activities that impacted operations. Service was restored at approximately 10:45 AM and remains stable at this time. The outage put the team behind schedule; however, they do not currently expect any delays to orders shipping out today.
We will continue to monitor and provide updates as appropriate.
