THD has fixed the intermittent error from the THD payment provider. I have been monitoring and haven't seen any errors for the last 45 minutes.
Tandem had firewall issues talking to Vantage. They diverted traffic from Atlanta to Austin
We are having intermittent failures with the payment system on all sites. For the last hour customers and the CEC are experiencing errors from THD payment services (specifically 5030 message are being seen).
The THD payment service team has been investigating this issue for 2 days and we are currently on a call working with THD.
Please keep trying if you get an error and we are working with THD to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
