Root Cause: Improper certificate deployment to Payment capture load balancers.
The THD payment team has now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Issue:
The Home Depot payment capture API is not responding. This does not affect the customer except that their order confirmation email will not be created until we are able to run these payments through.
Status:
We have identified the issue and escalated to Home Depot Payments team.
