We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Akamai rate limited the VPN IP and slowed/stopped access to install.homedepot.com. Infrastructure increased the rate limit. Dev will look into the traffic to see what caused the excessive rate limit (GhostInspector scripts, internal/external bots, general traffic, ...)
Internal Users are unable to log in from the Admin site to THD.com. The issue was first reported around 10 AM.
The issue is impacting our internal users only, with no direct impact on customers
Akamai is blocking access due to rate limit restrictions.
We are working with the infrastructure to resolve the issue and will provide ETA as soon as possible
