Customer calls to Blinds.com are being disconnected when selecting Option 1 to automatically check order status. The THD UC and Avaya teams are engaged and have narrowed the scope of the issue to the GCC IVR. Teams are actively working toward a resolution; however, there is no estimated time to restore service at this time.
