Our THD UC / Avaya partners are actively investigating a network routing issue to AT&T, which is believed to be contributing to the intermittent call issues currently observed. At this time, there is no estimated time to resolution. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
We are currently investigating intermittent call issues impacting CEC agents, including delayed outbound calls and unexpected disconnects. Initial reports began around 10:20 AM today, and similar behavior has been observed across other THD call centers. The issue has been escalated to our THD UC / Avaya partners for further review.
