Internal users unable to interact with cart
Root Cause: PayPal outage prevented the cart page from loading.
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We have created a "temporary" workaround by eliminating the internal use of Paypal. This does not impact external customers.
We are currently investigating an issue with internal-only interactions with carts. This will affect CEC users onprem and VPN.
External customers are not impacted.
