Updated

Issue was resolved by restarting all bcom webnodes. They were at 100% CPU utilization. Restart of nodes resolved the issue.

We feel that this issue revolves around edge-case PLA being called repeatedly. Pre-Sale is adding additional logging to track when PLAs are called so that we can see which ones are called more than necessary and track problem.
