Orange Pay Team's research:
The issue was due to a networking switch failover during the above times. Everything is healthy now but we have one of our teams engaging the networking team to find out more info.
The THD Payment Provider (Orange Pay) had a 15 minute outage where it was throwing 5030 errors. This is back up and running now
We are still monitoring this and working with THD to understand the issue.
The issue is resolved and working.
