Issue:

The Salesforce Omni channel is down due to an outage on the provider side. This outage is also impacting some users' ability to log on.

Status:

Teams are aware and working with the Salesforce team to resolve the issue. No ETA Yet.

Known Impacts:

  1. The sales team will not pick up leads through the Omni Channel.

Work Around:

The MODs can manually reassign the Leads.
