The issue stemmed from an untested A/B test offering a 100% discount on M&I. This case was a new use case that the Tax calculator was not set up to handle. The team updated the Tax Calculator to support this scenario going forward.

We have found the cause of the underlying issue and the fix is currently in process of being deployed. Once deployed and validated, a final notice will be sent out.
