We've now resolved the incident. M&I service provider and installers' network are up and running.

SEVERITY: SEV1/2 OVERVIEW- MandI is down, specifically internal search and Service Provider App. This is due to an issue with the .NET upgrade deployment that failed, we're currently working to revert the deployment and expect the outage to be resolved once done.
TECHNICAL ISSUE SUMMARY- We deployed the MandI Core .NET6 upgrade after we were told infrastructure had updated the machine which made it ready for out update. The deployment did not work properly in prod because of this and we're needing to revert. Currently waiting on Elastic and the API to rebuild which we believe will fix the issue.
There was an issue with the server. We are currently redeploying both services and sites.
This should be resolved soon.
