We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
The fix is out an the M&I form is loading.
Summary:
The Measure and Install form to start an M&I order has stopped working for the past 10 minutes. This is affecting all customers and CEC associates.

We are working on the fix and it should be completed soon.
