Resolution:
THD Incident INC34553371 Service was restored at 8:16 AM ET. Teams backed out CHG0844176, (This change was to allow the SSCM to update the Microsoft PCs on VLAN30), restoring service
Summary:
THD has been experiencing a wide outage preventing all our sites from processing Credit Cards payments through Orange Pay.
The outage started at 2:17 am CST and is still ongoing.
