Samples Site – UPS WorldShip Service Disruption

The third UPS WorldShip host has been successfully configured and is now processing both standard and overnight orders. Tracking information is flowing into Autobahn as expected.

With three UPS hosts fully operational, service has been restored. We will continue to monitor for any issues and will close this communication stream at this time. Troubleshooting efforts for the fourth UPS host will resume on 8/10.

We believe we have identified and resolved the issue affecting one of the two impacted UPS WorldShip hosts. The fix will be validated first thing Monday morning, August 3. If validation is successful, the Samples team will be able to return to normal operations. We will provide an additional update following Monday's validation activities or as new information becomes available.

Our teams continue to make progress in diagnosing the issues impacting two of the four UPS WorldShip hosts; however, a resolution has not yet been achieved.

Infrastructure and Development resources will continue troubleshooting efforts on August 1. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

Our Infrastructure and Development teams are actively investigating two separate issues impacting two of the four UPS WorldShip hosts. As a result, shipping operations may be delayed or operating at reduced capacity.

Teams are engaged and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for resolution (ETR).
