RESOLUTION: GCC Blinds team reported that IDM #301019351 was not allowing carting. IDM team flipped the THDOnline and STH Eligible Flag to True and the item is visible after the attributes were changed.

Update

We have identified the issue and have reached out to THD for a fix. We are currently waiting on a response and will escalate soon.

Notes:

The Ship to Home status was changed to false in IDM. This is causing a failure in the cart. We have created incident INC39755871to get the value changed back.
