We are now getting tracking numbers in Autobahn. We were not able to recover the missing tracking numbers.
Sample tracking data for orders placed in the last 3 days has not been imported into Autobahn. The CEC is unable to view tracking for those orders.
2 days ago an connection was updated on the UPS machines in the Samples Department that we thought would fix the issue, but the tracking information is still not imported.
Yesterday we determined this is not an Autobahn issue and we will have to go to the Sample Department to work on the UPS machines.
Today at the samples department we will troubleshoot and fix the UPS machines. We believe it is a configuration issue that needs to be corrected.
Should be resolved by EOD. We also will try to restore previous tracking numbers at that time.
