Akamai was blocking calls. Routing of calls from internal went outside the network and back in.
We whitelisted out external cider blocks.
Associates and customers can't save their cart for later. This doesn't affect the funnel, but mostly affects Design Consultants.
We are looking for a cause and hope to have it back up soon.
