  • BigMike sent out prod notice (sorry app) at 11:34am after fully identifying issue was ONLY on BCOM.
  • dev restart of bcom web servers
  • PLP was still not responsive after reset
  • dev restart of bcom web servers (take 2) at 11:27am
  • tested all GCC sites from homepage to configurator
  • BigMike sent all clear notice at 11:34am
  • Resolution: excessive load with connections to web servers...possible bottle neck in Elastic.
